Helllllo

I'm sitting in my room, getting a wonderful opera concert from Louis.

Earlier, I was cooking dinner, listening to Jazz scales from Tommy.

Even before that, I got a listen of Laura's Musical Theatre Pieces.

I am a lucky duck! I cannot believe this is actually happening. My flatmates are so warm, such great company, and a joy to hear.

This city has it's pros and cons, but the people are inordinately friendly and trusting. They've been a great help, whether they be my apartment receptionist or strangers on the street. I have been in "whoa!" mode this whole trip!

Like WHOA! Look at the architecture

And WHOA! I get to walk through here to get groceries?!

Not to Mention…

WHOA! The assets of RWCMD include …

A Steinway in Every Practice Room

A Building Dedicated to Alumn, Anthony Hopkins

A Recital Room with This Freaking Awesome Staircase (grand piano not shown)

Oh, And It Boasts the #1 Drama Training in the UK

Nah, Life in Wales isn't perfect.

Laura and I have been travelling back and forth from different shops, trying to stock up our rooms/fridge/cupboards properly, which incurs a lot of walking and a lot of carrying. I am in more pain than I was in Nutcracker 2013. My hamstring defies me, my legs are sluggish, plus my hair is perpetually frizzy from the hats and the rain (now I have a legitimate excuse for the frizz, hehe). I have walked six miles in one afternoon in search of a missing package from Australia… Which is still missing.

I've been caught in the rain without an umbrella (I didn't nonsensically forget it; it's in aforementioned package), but don't worry. I held out till I found the perfect, durable umbrella at a reasonable price.

I'm So Snobbishly Content Right Now.
Yes, as a Matter of Fact, I AM Wearing Purple Striped Socks Too.

I've been sleep-deprived, because I was trying to figure out how this drying rack goes together (an ex-flatmate left it here… I treated this like a puzzle, pulling it apart, putting it back together, etc).

Nobody's Putting This Thing Back Together Again.
I'm Stubbornly Keeping It!

Obviously, the drawbacks are trivial. The Positives are Oh So Positive! (I'm AB+, don't get confused).

Look! We had a feline visitor, who slept in our apartment all afternoon. I took plenty of photos, and she hardly moved, so I want to bore you with them all! I yearned to adopt her; Louis tried to feed her sausage, but she declined. Miss "I'm Too Good For You!" Feline went out the door.

I hope she returns though, just so I can sporadically spruce up my blog with animals, which people seem to prefer to humans.

Thanks for Reading, You Animal-Lover!
